Scouting

for young people aged 6 - 14

Stirling, Scotland

#skillsforlife

Whats so special about Scouting at 7th Stirling (Beechwood)?

As a member of the UK Scouting Association we believe in preparing young people with skills for life.

We encourage young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, we help over 130 young people aged 6-25 enjoy fun and adventure while developing the #skillsforlife they need to succeed, now and in the future.

We’re talking about teamwork, leadership and resilience – skills that have helped Scouts all over the world become everything from teachers and social workers to astronauts and Olympians.

We help young people develop and improve key #skillsforlife through learning, doing and friendship.

We believe in bringing people together. We celebrate diversity and stand against intolerance, always.

We’re part of a worldwide movement, creating stronger communities and inspiring positive futures.

At 7th Beechwood we pride ourselves on a couple of things in particular.

Apart from being a member of this worldwide movement we pride ourselves as being a family group in the heart of our community, we are always looking at ways to get our families actively involved.

We have created a high quality environment at Beechwood Scout Centre, providing a safe home for our Young People..

We actively encourage our young people to grasp the tremendous opportunities that Scouting offers whether that be attending an international event, rock climbing or camping at our local campsite.
